Prayer Requests

Tuesday (3/31) we were able to FaceTime with the birth mom right after her ultrasound and we found out the baby is a boy! We've never found out the gender before the birth so knowing has been fun. Of course I want to shop but we're trying to avoid public so I can't, boo! One really cool thing, I have had a boys name picked out for almost 2 years and we were texting with the birth mom this week about names and she sent me that exact name, of all the names in the world we both separately thought of the same name! And even cooler the name means "God's gracious gift". The name is a secret until he's born but I love that God worked out that small part!

We would love prayers over all the details. There are so many details that I would love to plan but because of the virus and the shutdowns I can't. God is good and He will work them out as they are supposed to be but here's a few specific prayer requests.
*With the quickly changing hospital rules we don't know if we'll be allowed in the delivery room or even in the hospital. When the birth mom talked to her doctor she said I'd be allowed in the hospital but not allowed out until the baby is discharged and I'll be getting my temperature taken constantly.  We're ok with that! Prayers that the rules don't get more strict there!
*We are also trying to decide when we go and who should go. If school is still doing e-learning then I am thinking about renting an airbnb so we can all be in the area and hopefully not miss the birth (Austin isn't totally on the same page with this =) but if school is back then just Austin and I will go so the kids can finish the last week or so of school. We have had 2 friends of friends graciously offer us a room in their house so if just Austin and I go we'll stay with them. Update since writing this- we have found a place to stay for our whole time in Virginia and since the kids will not be going back to school we'll all be going!
*Money is always a worry especially with all that's going on right now but we are extremely thankful that we were able to get a grant from church to help cover the many attorney bills. Prayer there are no unexpected expenses.
*Austin has a work deadline right around the due date so prayers all that works out and he can have those details wrapped up before we leave
*For the birth mom, she's making a HUGE decision. Pray she has peace. If she changes her mind we 100% understand
